Terms Of Service

ROLEPLAYR A.I. SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Stellar AI Solutions LLC (“Provider”) and the subscribing customer (“Client”). By submitting payment for the RolePlayr A.I. service, Client agrees to the terms below.

1. Service Description

RolePlayr A.I. provides:

Access for up to 10 users with unique phone numbers for $19/month.

$4.99/month for each additional user beyond the included 10.

Real-time call summaries, transcripts, or text/email notifications.

Setup and delivery of your phone number and AI sales coach within 24 hours of payment.

2. Fees & Billing

Base subscription: $19/month.

Additional users: $4.99 each per month.

Usage fees apply for call time and phone services:

$0.11 per minute call usage.

$2.50 per phone number per month.

Client must maintain a valid debit or credit card on file for usage billing.

Billing is automatically charged monthly unless cancelled.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

No setup fees.

Cancel anytime.

If cancelled within the first 7 days, no further charges will occur.

No refunds are issued for any reason once payment has been processed.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands and agrees that sales performance varies by individual and organization. Provider does not guarantee or promise any specific results, outcomes, revenue, or performance improvements.

5. Support

Provider offers free customer support 24/7 via email, chat, or ticket system.

6. Acceptance of Agreement

By paying the invoice, adding a payment method, or accessing the service, Client confirms they have read and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
